CSM Learning Cohort Intern
Position Summary/Expectation
The CSM Learning Cohort Intern is an intellectually and spiritually curious student who will be part of a learning cohort of other students. They will be prepared to commit to a 8 1-hour per session training series led by Chaplain Scott Kershner and Rabbi Nina Mandel in order to:
- Explore questions of spirituality and meaning through guided study and discussion.
- Identify personal goals and knowledge levels about other worldviews, spiritual and cultural traditions
- Prepare and facilitate campus-wide programming centered around Thanksgiving.
Up to 5 interns will be hired for this position.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Interest in interfaith community building.
- Interest in personal spiritual growth
- Ability to commit to all six sessions of the internship

Additional Requirements
This position is paid $10.00 per hour, with an estimate of 1 hour weekly. CSM Learning Cohort Interns should be in good academic standing and able to participate in the full program.
Physical Demand
- Position requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
- Position requires the ability to talk and to hear instruction.
- Position requires occasional manual dexterity and the ability to use fingers, hands, and arms to feel, handle, and reach.
- Position requires occasional stooping, crouching, and bending.
